I’m Jo Bivens, Director of The Children’s Coach Ltd.

I create poetry, stories, and children’s books for children aged 4–11, written for enjoyment, imagination, and language. My writing also explores themes such as humour, kindness, confidence, and self-expression in accessible and engaging ways.

Alongside my writing, I design creative experiences and resources that invite children to respond in different ways through writing, conversation, performance, and creative action.

I also create structured but flexible creative systems such as The Kindness Club™and The Superstar System™ which help children explore confidence, kindness, and ways to be their best through creative activity.

Alongside this, I work with teachers, practitioners, and organisations to help them use my books, resources, and systems effectively and confidently in their own settings.
